📦 Exchange Policy

1. Unboxing Video Required
Customers must record a video during unboxing as evidence in case of missing or damaged items.
No claims for missing items will be accepted without unboxing proof.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must request an exchange within 3 working days of receiving the item. We will replace the product without charging any additional delivery fee.

2. Exchange by Choice (Not Error)
If you received the correct product but wish to exchange it for any reason, you must fill out the form below within 7 days of receiving the product.
You will be required to pay the two-way shipping fee.

3. No Claims After 3 Days
Any exchange or complaint raised after 3 working days will not be accepted.

4. Accurate Information Required
Please provide all valid supporting details when submitting a claim form to avoid processing delays.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

1. Instant Return at Delivery
If the product is wrong or defective, you may return it instantly to the delivery person.

2. Mind Change / Unavailability / Not Satisfied
If you want to return the product due to a change of mind, not being present at the delivery address, or general dissatisfaction, you must cover the delivery cost:

  • Inside Dhaka: 70

  • Outside Dhaka: 140

3. Used Products Not Accepted
If the product has been used, damaged or if a sealed product is unboxed, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
If a genuine defect is found (without damage or misuse), the product can be exchanged, but not refunded.

4. Requesting Refund or Exchange
To return a product or request a refund, you must submit the following form within 3 working days:

5. No Form = No Resolution
If you fail to submit the required form, Aiyaan will not be liable for unresolved issues.
Contacting via Messenger or Customer Care is allowed, but form submission is mandatory for official complaint processing.

6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is requested, the product must first be returned to our warehouse.
Once the item is received and confirmed to be in its promised condition, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. No Cancellation in Customized Product
If you order any customized product, you have to pay 50% of total product price after confirmation and it won’t be refunded if you cancel the order. Return and refund will not be applicable for customized product.
